All of our devices with 2.0.2 stopped reporting to cloud management a few hours ago. They are all online and able to access the internet. All our devices running 2.0.0 and 188.8.131.52 are still reporting to cloud management. Anyone else seeing this?
There is a cloud gateway issue that we are troubleshooting now. It is affecting a large group of users at this time. I don’t have an ETA for a fix yet, but will let you know here once I know.
We found and fixed the cloud issue. All of the devices appear to have already reconnected.
