Cloud Login Outage - 5/10/18

Hi all,

I just wanted to let you know that cloud.mimosa.co is currently down. Our engineering team is working hard to get it back up.

I do not have an ETA, but I do know it’s been down since around 12:00PM PDT today. I’ll update this post as I know more.

Thanks for the heads up.

Will logging features be down as well? (As in, will data from our A5, C5 and B5 hardware still be logged? or should we expect to see a blank spot in the data for a time period?)

At this time, I’m not sure about cloud data. I would hope that it’s being cached and will be available once the cloud is back up.

Update 4:11PM PDT:

You can access start.mimosa.co (for unlocking devices) and design.mimosa.co directly by using those links. Cloud.mimosa.co and Manage.mimosa.co are still not working correctly.

Update 6:16PM PDT:

Cloud.mimosa.co should be completely restored and ready for action. We are very sorry for the downtime today.
