Cloud update fails 2.0.2.1 - > 2.2.1

Running update from the cloud, the first batch worked. Once one failed to recover, all subsequent upgrade attempts from the cloud started failing. Upgrades by logging into the C5 webpage and upgrading worked.

By failed, I mean that they never reconnected to the A5. I have not yet dispatched a tech to figure out what the status of the down devices is.
