iS THERE A PROBLEM WITH CONNECTION TO THE CLOUD WITH THE B24? I CAN NOT PING THE CLOUD CORE ANYWHERE ON OUR NETWORK, NOT EVEN WITH OUR EDGE ROUTERS. i CAN PING FROM THE BH24’S ANYWHERE ELSE ON THE INTERNET.
Did you see Mimosa’s annoucement about yesterday?
“Starting May 3rd, 2018, connect-all.mimosacloud.co will always resolve to one of two static IP addresses: 220.127.116.11 or 18.104.22.168. Those customers that have configured their router firewall rules based on IP address filtering, should update their router configuration before May 3, 2018 with the above two static IP addresses.”
Please check the above to see if that resolves your issues.
We have had the same problem from some of our sites the last 3 months where none of the devices can connect. Yesterdays change did not resolve our problem.
There are not any firewalls in line. As I stated in the original post we can not even ping the addresses from our core routers.
Ok. If you are having cloud connectivity issues, you need to contact Mimosa Support. They need to troubleshoot further with you.
