Country problem with B24

Our company is in Czech Republic, but have some units in Slovak Rep. Units placed at Slovak need Slovak licence (doesnt work, by gps localized).
I i need add new network (slovak), your system need my slovakia tel. number. I have not slovak tel. number, have not address. I have nothing in slovakia, only 2 B24 units.
What now ?
