Getting replacement B5c on the Cloud monitoring?

We recently had to replace a B5c unit. The new unit had already being unlocked, and had previously been on a working link that we retired when we went fiber backhaul. So the replacement went in without a problem, but it will not show up on the “Cloud” monitoring for the link. “Cloud” is turned on on the unit.

Any suggestions? The cloud monitoring does not have anywhere to add a link or radio to it.
Running 1.4.4 firmware on it.

I had to do the same. Here is the solution.

Your device is already unlocked, but that doesn’t matter. It will still link your device to the cloud.

Go in to the “Unlock a device” on the cloud page and enter the serial number. This will make it link to the cloud.
