No wallet in menu

Please tell me what I need to do to show the wallet in menu?
It looks like in the picture.

The wallet is obsolete. It’s been deactivated and no longer needed.

Try to unlock c5x by http://cloud.help.mimosa.co/unlock-feature-keys but I have only PTP and PTMP after PTMP selection device works only as client.


If you want both PTP and PTMP available, you need to get an unlock code for PTP mode. Please go back to start.mimosa.co, put your serial number in, and choose PTP instead of PTMP.
