Wireless disassociated every day

#1

I bought B24 three days ago and I have a problem. The link disconnects several times a day.

What firmare version are you running?

#3

firmware is lastest 2.4.6

Hi @Marek1,

Please try changing your TDMA mode from Auto to a fixed mode like 50/50. Let 50/50 run for a bit and let me know if the issues persist.

#6

Out of curiosity please explain the logic behind your request to run in this mode to see if “the issues persist”.

I have some B24’s in production links and as always I like to know what I’ve gotten into. You know, for when it’s 3:00am and things mysteriously misbehave, I’d like to have some things to try without having to wait for answers.

How long until this cake is fully baked?

Hi @Tom9,

Without more information from the above poster, and with the the customer experiencing link disassociations, I automatically assume there is some type of interference around. While that spectrum graph looks clean, there could be intermittent spikes of interference.

Changing from Auto to Fixed mode helps with mitigating interference that causes packet loss and possible quick disassociations. Unfortunately I never heard back from the OP above via Mimosa Community or email, so I’m not sure if this even helped.

With over several thousand B24s deployed by customers all over the world, I can assure you that this product is fully baked; nice and moist butter cake with chocolate icing… now I’m hungry.

Much thanks for the response. If I experience any issues I will let you know.
