A5 Losing Traffic Shaping Plan Settings

Hello,

We have an A5-14 running 2.0.2.3 with some traffic shaping plans defined. Randomly subscribers will all be reset to the default plan.

Has anyone else run into this? We’ve got a support ticket open with Mimosa but haven’t heard anything back past us sending logs.

Yes, that is a known issue. It appears they have fixed it in a beta firmware “2.0.3-fcs-2”. If you don’t mind the beta firmware, just ask support for the download.
