Another licence cost question

I intend (budget approval pending) to setup a point-to-point link with a pair of B11-L and a pair of B11-H. They will be mounted on the same pole, so same GPS coordinates.
Can anybody give me a clue if we are looking simply at two licenses at twice the cost, or is there some combining that could be involved.
The links will have zero competition (two sides of a valley) and I hope to operate both at the maxmum bandwidth allowable.

If you license both at the same time the FCC only charges per site. If you only do one and then come back later and do the other you will pay twice.
