We need to create a new link 22 KM and we think to use mimosa B11, but we are worries about signal conflict between mimosa B11 and satellite broadcast signals TV.
We have many satellites signals in our country (IRAQ) their signals range 10900-12500

Satellite dishes are usually very converged or directional. Meaning they are not very likely to pickup interference from other radio’s its not aimed at.
Mind that you should not have a strong radio transmitting close to the satellite’s dish beam or its LNB.
The B11 supports operation in the 10.0 to 10.7GHz band so can avoid the satellite frequencies. This mode is available in Iraq Licensed mode.
