B5 Backhaul disconnected but still working

I have setup a network that has a back haul to (2) locations because of line of site. Everything (except 1 location, but thats for another discussion) is up and running. I can log into my ip addresses and run speed tests etc. But on the dashboard and the device list it shows disconnected like so.

Any ideas?

Probably a network or firewall issue.

Start doing some Trace routes from the radio out to the internet and see where it breaks. Could be any number of things, but all you are diagnosing is connectivity.

If you can provide some info about the network it might help for making recommendations. Could be a bad gateway, IP duplication, any number of network issues. Heck, Mimosa Cloud could be turned off.
