B5 Firmware fail

Hi, I’m trying to update my B5 from 1.5.1 to using the right image, but when is uploaded, the system saids “Invalid Image file” any suggestion

My first thought would be a corrupted file download. Try deleting your browser’s cache or open the browser in private mode so that it will get a fresh copy of the download. If that doesn’t work, try using the Mimosa web dashboard to send the file directly to the unit (assuming the unit is online). If this is a brand new unit that you’re doing an initial setup on, try a factory reset then start over again.
