B5 lite non-responsive after upgrade

Hi all,

Today just unboxed my first pair of B5 lite. First thing after getting into the webgui both of them asked for an upgrade and We did, but just one unit successfully rebooted back . The other unit just stalled at “processing 39%” until it lost link thus is not reachable. Is there anything I can do to bring it back? This is very strange since the same process was applied to both units.

You can simply reboot and try again. If that doesn’t work, reset by following this process: http://backhaul.help.mimosa.co/backhaul-faq-b5-lite-reset
