B5c at 4.9 Miles low throughput

I have a pair of B5c’s with Ubiquiti 30dBi dishes connected at 4.9 miles. I have good signal, -40.5 currently. Tx/Rx shows I should be getting 800x800. Good RF Chains and Streams. I’m using 2x 40MHz channels. Doing an IPERF test with no other traffic on the link, I’m getting 300 to 310MB in each direction. Is there something I’m missing? I was kinda hoping for a bit better throughput at this short of distance. I’ve been through the pyiscal, tested/validate cables, tested/validated swithes on both sides. Screenshots of my setup are attached. Thank for any help/advice is appriciated.
