I have ridden 2 B5c with juries. And it works correctly. But the problem I have is that the TX rate is much lower than the RX, and I would like it to be the opposite. If I reverse the polarities could I reverse the Tx and Rx rates?

I would try moving your channels around first, there is probably noise on one end of the link that is degrading your signal.
