B5C Shutdown reason: Non-Responsive System

Hello

Guys, I’m facing some issues with my B5C. I have a PTP with link and the remote is showing some constant events. Follow the log below.

If this problem is known to the MIMOSA team, I would like some help with this case.
Firmware: 2.8.0.4

Thank You.

Not seen Non-recoverable daemon before.

Sounds like your radios are locking up. I would try downgrading your firmware and see if that solves the issue. Otherwise I would go directly to Mimosa Support.

Please do report back with the solution you find so other people can find the info.

Dear William5

Firmware is factory default.

Oh ok, I don’t keep track of the B line firmware very closely. I would try going to the latest firmware you have available on your Mimosa Cloud account and see if that changes anything.

ok let’s try using the new firmware
