We learned a new lesson with the C5 today. A few days ago I noticed a customers C5 went from 2X2 chins to 2X1, a few days later the customer started noticing the G2 has a red light on the PoE side and powercycled it like I told them if the light went red, the internet was still working but they were told a red light is not good. Today the C5 went totally out, won’t power up. 
Lesson learned, if you notice the chin issue and the customer says the light went red on the G2 replace the C5 right away.
