C5C continous reboot WATCHDOG

Hi guys.
Does anyone have the same problem?

I have 4 links with C5C, 3 are working excellent. but the last has haved a continuous problem.

Log always show same message Watchdog reset

I’m trying to use V 2.10, 2.9, 2.8.1-beta 6
-Certified UTP cat 6
-Ground-pole
-I have watchdog disabled from config
I been used -Ubiquiti POE 24V-0.5A
-Tp Link POE 24V-1A
-Mimosa POE 56V
Mikrotik POE 24V-2.5A

This always happens in a C5C
I have 8 C5C, 7 working excellent but i bought one for my link number 4, but i have this problem

I tried use 80Mhz, 40Mhz, 20Mhz

Ethernet’s link is correct, in 1000Mpbs

I tried with differrent frecuencies

Distance from POE, 7 meters

I have other C5C in same point and this is working correctly

There are no noise

I tried reset radio’s config and do it new

I tried aswell change pigtails, antennas, all, but C5C still with same problem

Please i need help

My first suspicion would be a bad radio. Either through manufacturer defect or lightning.

There could be a temperature issue as well. Is the radio in a location where it could get hotter then your other links?

Hello, thanks for answering
No, the radio is in the same place as other radios. We send a support file to mimosa and they tell us which radio has a hardware problem

And no, there has been no ESD

We had a similar issue with the c5x. They would reboot every 5 minutes like clockwork. At first we just replaced them with newer ones but we later discovered that switching the srs setting from wifi interpol stopped the reboots. May want to give that a try.
