C5C Link down in cloud

In a C5C PTP Link the ST radio was damaged. After replace with a new C5C the link is ok, but in cloud appears “Link disconnected”.

In the AP radio don’t apper the remote radio info, but the link is working fine.

How should be update the cloud info?


The old radio will appear as down, but the new radio should be in the Cloud and show as up.

Occasionally, the radios don’t show a connection to the cloud. If so, sometimes turning off the cloud connection in the radio’s setup, click save, then turn it on again, click save, will get it to connect. Also, make sure the IP addressing is complete and correct, including the Default Gateway on the radio.

Solved. The difference betwen firmware version of each radio. When update to the same firmare version then the link appears on cloud.
