C5C locations bug?


I fill the GPS locations in the cloud. Why I can’t see in the device?

Are your radios cloud connected? Can they ping the internet? Please review the following link and see if that helps you at all: http://cloud.help.mimosa.co/manage-troubleshooting-guide-cant-see-device-in-cloud

Hi Dustin,

I can see the devices in the cloud. The other info are coming from the device to the cloud well. Location is not going from the cloud to the device.


It would be good to see these devices so we can troubleshoot them. Would you please come into a support Monday morning or whenever convenient for you?
