C5x getting problme

C5x getting problem after I deploy. link is not stable disconnecting every time . In the log section it’s show

please find any solution for me
Thank you

We will definitely need more information before we will be of much help.

Could you post a picture of your dashboard screen of the C5x?
Is this a PTP or PTMP deployment?
What is the radio on the other side of the link?
What gain antenna are you using (if any) on the C5x?
What is the distance of the link?
Are there obstructions that might be getting into the fresnel zone of the link?

Thank for your reply

your answer is
Could you post a picture of your dashboard screen of the C5x? Attached
Is this a PTP or PTMP deployment? PTP
What is the radio on the other side of the link? Same C5X
What gain antenna are you using (if any) on the C5x? 29 dbi
What is the distance of the link? 11.1 KM
Are there obstructions that might be getting into the fresnel zone of the link? not really sure

Thanks again for your co-operation

Could you post a link to the 29 dB antenna you are using? I was unaware there was a 29 dB antenna made for the C5x.

As far as checking for obstructions: design.mimosa.co is the place to go. Plug your radios and antennas into the designer along with their height and location and check out the path, when I am designing a link I look for anywhere that the fresnel zone is less then 5 Meters above the ground. Buildings, trees and other such things will screw around with your signal a lot and make weird stuff happen.

From my rough guesstimates, you should be seeing an RSSI of ~-52 if both antennas have a 29 dBi antenna on them. (Using your TX power and channel)

Have you noticed anything about when the link goes down such as certain weather or time of day?

From what you are showing me, my first guess would be some sort of link obstruction combined with thermal inversion that is taking your weak signal down. Although, it could be that your AP is changing channels on you and that is the cause of the wireless disassociations.

Another side note, which probably isn’t a big deal and I doubt that this is effecting the issue you have at hand, but might cause other issues. The Ethernet Port on the picture you posted for the device is only at 100 Mbps. If you don’t need +100 Mbps on the link then you could probably set the channel width to 20 MHz. Which will give you a stronger signal which will be less prone to interference.

Also, with the C5x there isn’t a GPS chip in the radio so using a fixed traffic split mode won’t benefit you. I would recommend using “Auto” under Link >> TDMA Configuration >> Traffic Split.
