C6x Not Connecting To Mimosa Cloud NMS

Hello all,

Title kind of summarizes it. I have not been able to get a C6x to show up in the Mimosa Cloud NMS at any point. I have tried on 3.1.1, 3.1.2 and 3.2.0 beta4 and the 3 C6x I have unlocked get added to my device list but show the “black” status with the label saying “Has not connected to NMS before”. I figure this is probably a bug but wanted to ask if anyone else is experiencing this? Also, the A6 shows up in Mimosa Cloud NMS, no problem there.

Hi Pierre,

On 3.2.0 beta 4, the C6x struggles to get cloud-connected. If you have DNS servers entered on the C6x, then normally it connects up if you are using my guide.. This should be corrected in 3.2.0 GA which will hopefully be out soon.
