Can't access C5c


I can ping and trace route to C5c at a remote site but cannot access with http - any suggestions before I drive there for hard reboot?

Have you recently done an upgrade? If so definitely get in contact with Mimosa Support.

Otherwise, I would check to see if there is any kind of firewall between the radio and your location that might be blocking 80/443.

My fist recommendation would be to use Incognito or InPrivate browsing mode to see if you can access the radio. If so then you have a caching issue.

The next suggestion would be to type in https://C5c IP or http://C5c IP instead of just the IP to confirm if your browser is trying to route you incorrectly.
