Configuration cloud e unlock

Hello, I bought a used B5C from another provider, and it has the old configuration, if I reset and unlock through my cloud account, it will work, or I’ll have to ask them to be excluded from their cloud, detail I have the equipment’s invoice

I would go to the old owners first and see if they can remove the B5c from their Cloud account first. But if you have an invoice with the serial number of the B5c on it then you can go to Mimosa Support and they can manually remove the device from the old cloud account as well.
