Deleted the devices from Cloud

Dear Concerned,

Mistakenly I deleted few of my devices from Cloud NMS because they were not syncing. Later on I reset the device and tried to connect it back to Cloud NMS. The C5C is showing connected but in NMS they are not visible.

Do we need to add them manually now or what options should I consider ?

I would recommend going directly to Mimosa support, although I do suspect that you will have to manually do the work.
