Dynamic Link Exchange Protocol, basically it enables a wireless link (really any Network Bridge) to inform the routers around it about its state (how much traffic it thinks it can handle) and would allow routers to move traffic around network congestion sites. Admittedly this only works for networks that are less “star topology” and more “Spider web” in construction. But this would be a super sweet feature for Mimosa to implement especially if they were to come out with a WISP friendly router. (A not so subtle feature request in and of itself)

If you build it they will come, this is a feature every WISP would love to implement. At least as far as back hauls go.
