I bought 2 pieces c5c(used) and i don’t have the unlock key.

I would first ask the original owner to remove the devices from their mimosa cloud account. That will enable you to unlock the devices under your account.
Otherwise you will need to contact Mimosa Support and provide them with receipts that have the serial numbers of the C5cs.
