Have no clue what I’ve done

I have lost cloud connectivity to my C5x, I can ping it and it has no loss in packets but I can’t log in with the up address it had. I don’t know if the IP address changed and I can’t see it due to no cloud connectivity. I even took my laptop, hooked it via Ethernet cable to the lan side of the injector and from the Poe side to the C5x and I can’t even log in that way. I can’t log in with the default up of 192.168.1.20

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

UPDATE: i got it fixed, after wasting all my time troubleshooting everything i knew possible, it ended up being a cat6 cable. changed the cable and were back in business.
