Hello Mimsoa Team,
We have been impressed with our initial use of the Mimsoa Cloud platform and have been using it with the B5 & B24 models, there are four areas we would like to see improved:
- Add 2nd Factor authentication onto the platform for improved security
- Improved ability through the cloud platform to remotely administer the units (not just monitor and name the devices)
- Verbose logging of the devices and ability to categorise and filter this logging with more detailed filters
- More than 24 hours of captured trends, we would like to see weekly, monthly and yearly data displayed
One thing we are also interested in is the ability to operate a privately hosted version of the Mimosa Cloud Platform, this would be useful for organisations whose networking system are blocked from accessing the greater internet (such as government, financial & security networks).
