No devices in the management tool (CLOUD)


After a couple of months use, I have factory reset my 2 devices (C5X) and re-configured them (new unlock files etc). but I don’t see them in the cloud management tool anymore. It is connected to the internet (have tested). Any ideas? Or do you need a license for the cloud management tool and have I runned the first time on a trial bases?

Is it possible you used a different Mimosa Cloud account to unlock the devices?

No, I only have one account! I have entered them manually using the serial number, but still no result!

What do the devices say about their cloud access?

It’s possible cloud management is disabled on them.
