I’m working on getting my tower guys back out to make some adjustments to the alignment of my B11 link. What is an ideal PER% for a properly aligned link?
I currently have a 4 radio link built. One of the links stays below 0.5% and the other link sometimes gets as high as just under 2%. This seems very high to me.

B11 allows up to 3% PER in conservative mode, and up to 5% in aggressive mode, before selecting a lower modulation: http://backhaul.help.mimosa.co/backhaul-ug-rate-adaptation
PER is more a function of interference. There should be very little in 11GHz. Looking through your cloud data, there is a 20 MHz interference source at the top part of your high channel. I suspect that is to blame for the PER. I would hunt down the source, maybe with an SSID scan / site survey.
