Recommended SFP to reach 1.25Gbps

What is the recommended SFP in which B11 radio could reach the 1.25 Gbps?
Did Mimosa measured 1.25Gbps?
The max I could get on ethernet is 1Gb, but my switch port is 1 Gb. Did Mimosa tried the B11 on the ethernet and reached 1.25Gbs or only on the SFP port?

What is the ideal scenario (assuming perfect RF situation) to reach 1.25 Gbps?
