Hi,

Check DNS configuration and if you need further help as for free open anydesk.

Regards

You’re saying C5c/C5x. Do you have a pair of each? If so, are you link aggregating the 2 links?

Hi @M_Umer,

These radios need to have IP addresses that communicate to the internet. If you go to one of your C5cs or C5x radios, go to Diagnostics and use the Ping tool. Can you ping 8.8.8.8? Is the IP address in your radio part of a subnet that communicates to the internet?

FYI: I believe this post is supposed to be a comment underneath this topic:

I don’t care where you post, I am just informing and trying to get this guy some help.

Hello, I have a link with C5x that stopped passing traffic, is this failure due to lack of Internet access from the cpe?

@Roberto15, I will request that you post a new Topic specific to your problems unless you are trying to help with the original poster and find their issue.

Please include helpful information like a screen shot of the dashboard of the C5x, the firmware you are running as well as powering info that will help to diagnose you issue.

Hola, pude resolver el problema, no estaba relacionado a los CPE, por una falla externa el switch activaba el STP cuando se activaba el radio enlace.
