You should probably reach out to Mimosa Support on this one.

The B11 has a gps module which it will reference where you unlocked your device against. My understanding is that it’s a 2D shape file. So you may either need to update your software or make certain that your GPS is working properly. (Or you unlocked your device for a different regulatory area then where it’s operating.)
