Which web browser are you using?

Try using “in private” mode or a completely different web browser, see if that clears things up. If so try clearing out your browsers cache completely and that should solve the issue. Note: Mimosa recommends using Chrome, I use Firefox most of the time, but there have been plenty of issues that people have run into not using Chrome.
