What does this ratio mean

It’s a percentage of how long the client radio has been connected to the AP VS the time since it was first connected to the AP after the latest reboot.

Basically, it should always be pretty high (like +99%) except for when the device first connects because of how the ratios work out. When a device first connects you will see the percentage begin to increase as time passes. If you see a radio that hasn’t recently been rebooted and has a low Link Availability then you should look for reasons why the client device is being disconnected from the AP.

Do you mean it’s the same CCQ?

No CCQ is a Ubiquiti measurement. The comparable measurement would be PER and MAC Throughput.

Link Availability is strictly about how long the radio has been booted up VS how long it has been connected to the AP.
